Delete Your Account

StudioPoint LLC · Applies to the StudioPoint app and studio-branded apps powered by StudioPoint

This page explains how to delete your account, what happens to your information when you do, and how membership cancellation is handled. It applies to the StudioPoint app and to any studio-branded app powered by StudioPoint.

Read this first: deleting your account does not cancel your membership. If you have an active membership that bills on a recurring basis, deleting your account will not stop those charges. Membership cancellation is handled by your studio and must be requested separately — see Cancelling a membership below. If you want to stop being billed, cancel your membership before deleting your account.

1. Deleting from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is in the app itself:

  1. Open the app and sign in
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm when prompted

Deletion takes effect immediately. You will be signed out and will not be able to sign back in.

2. Requesting deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app — for example you have already uninstalled it, or you cannot sign in — email us and we will process the deletion for you:

Email: isaac@studiopoint.net
Subject: Account deletion request
Include: the name and email address on the account, and the name of the studio you booked with.

We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything, and will confirm by email once it is done. Requests are normally handled within 30 days.

3. What is deleted and what is kept

When your account is deleted:

Deleted Retained
Your login and profile (name, email, phone, profile photo)

Your class and appointment bookings

Your attendance and check-in history

Your waitlist entries

Your signed waivers

Your membership records
A limited record identifying you and any membership that was active at deletion — your name, email, phone, member number, and the payment references needed to locate a subscription that is still billing.

Transaction and payment records held by Stripe and by your studio, kept as required for accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

We retain the limited record above for one specific reason: your membership continues after deletion, and without it your studio would have no way to identify you or the subscription when you contact them to cancel. It is used only to action a cancellation request and to meet record-keeping obligations. It is not used for marketing.

How long we keep things

4. Cancelling a membership

Memberships are agreements between you and your studio, not with StudioPoint. Cancellation is requested from the studio directly, and studios set their own notice periods — commonly 30 days' written notice before your next billing date.

To cancel, contact your studio using the contact details shown on its booking page or in the app before deleting your account. If you have already deleted your account and are still being billed, email isaac@studiopoint.net with the name and email you used, and we will put you in touch with the studio.

5. Deleting only some of your data

If you want to remove specific information — for example a profile photo or an out-of-date phone number — you can edit or remove it from the Profile screen in the app without deleting your whole account.

6. Questions

For anything about this page, your data, or a deletion request, contact isaac@studiopoint.net. For how we handle personal information generally, see our Privacy Policy.
